WORKSHOPS

Giving you psychological tools to help you maximize happiness

In these online and in-person workshops we will learn how to apply the latest research from Positive Psychology to enhance our enjoyment of life and boost individual, community and global happiness.


The workshops are a hands-on self-help training: interactive and based on learning new skills, they include practice in Positive Psychology Interventions (PPI's) with various meditation techniques (Mindfulness, Meta/ Loving-Kindness, Savouring, 'Box Breathing').


The outcome will be a life-affirming, uplifting and revitalizing experience, filled throughout with human connection, education, joy and humour. 


Workshops can be arranged for individuals, families, or organisations.
